The rooms are fine if, like me, you don't plan to spend much time in them, and the budget is handy. I was in a ground-floor room with no natural light at any time of day, and no natural ventilation either, since the windows are blocked by the boundary wall. The staff are very nice and helpful, and housekeeping is pretty neat. Whether the place suits you depends on why you're coming to Bali. I came for the beach, and it's quite far from here.

It's a cozy place tucked away in a quiet part of seminyak, and the room was clean and nice. They welcomed me warmly, and it's a convenient distance from Kuta and Denpasar. A really great deal. Well recommended.

I really liked the place when I viewed it, but the stay turned into a disappointment. It looks clean and new from outside, but it isn't. The internet is so bad that I can't even make a FaceTime call without it cutting out. We raised this several times, but nothing changed, and we've been without mobile internet for a week. There's a mini kitchen in the room, but it's useless: there's no knife or fork for cutting fruit, and no stove at all. There isn't drinking water for long-term rentals either. Cleaning is supposed to happen once a week, but nobody comes unless you ask.
