The location was handy, with mini marts and money exchange places nearby, and Kuta Beach was about an 8-minute walk. For the price, AB Hotel was okay, though I’d rate it around 7.8/10. The room was spacious and livable, but the bathroom and toilet could have been cleaner, and I wish every room had a refrigerator. The Wi-Fi didn't work well during my stay. Thin walls meant I heard people talking, footsteps in the hall, and housekeeping moving chairs and cleaning in the morning.

I've been here for months, and the staff's kindness and care keep making a difference every day. AB Hotel by Agata was recently renovated and now looks modern, clean, and comfortable. From the welcome at the door to the thoughtful little touches, the team makes me feel at home. I'm grateful for such a wonderful long stay, and I can't recommend the hotel enough.

The strong smell from the new room decor made staying there uncomfortable, and the renovation work upstairs was very noisy. There’s no swimming pool or catering service either. For the price, it seems about average compared with nearby places, so it may not be the best stay option.

The Wi-Fi was really weak and unreliable, the main thing I'd want improved. Still, the room was fairly spacious and clean, and the location is convenient for finding food, souvenirs, and most other things nearby. With such a low price, the value for quality was acceptable to me.

The rooftop patio was falling apart, with sharp metal screws exposed and wood splintering. Inside, the toilet hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, and rubbish from previous guests was left scattered across the upstairs balcony. Shockingly dirty and run down.
