Adhi Dharma Hotel

We spent our last night of the holiday here before flying out, and the hotel made it a really enjoyable one. Our room was simple but clean, cool and had what we needed. We also ate in the dining area because of the rain, and the food was delicious and good value. The traditional exterior sits nicely among tropical gardens with lawns and Koi ponds. Staff were friendly throughout. They arranged an airport ride in an air-conditioned van with a friendly, knowledgeable driver who spoke English well. We enjoyed hearing about his village and his life.

We keep coming back, this was our third stay this year. The place has a good feel, and it’s small enough for the staff to get to know you. They’re attentive and sort out problems quickly, and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is a real draw, with an egg station and Asian and Western choices that change each day. The pool bar is great too. You’re near Legian St, Poppies Lane and Kuta Beach, with Garlic Lane in Legian reasonably close for shopping and some good dining options nearby.

The only thing to plan around is the lack of elevators, especially if you’ve got heavy bags and a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Otherwise we had a lovely time at Adi Dharma. The staff were super friendly, the buffet breakfast changed every morning and we enjoyed it all. The pool bar was a lot of fun, and the beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away, with plenty of shops along the route.

We love Adi Dharma and this was our second Xmas holiday here. The people are the best part, with fantastic service and really friendly staff. We had a special Xmas dinner that felt genuinely special. It’s family friendly and quiet, though there’s good entertainment at night. Our room was very comfortable and the restaurant had tasty food with good options. The location is handy for the airport, with lots of cafes and restaurants around. I’d recommend it for families and anyone after a quiet, relaxing holiday.
