The location in Kuta worked well, and for the price I was quite satisfied. I got a complimentary upgrade to a Superior room, which was a nice surprise. It was spacious and reasonably clean, and having Netflix on the smart TV was great. The hotel feels a little dated. There was a slight musty, old-room smell when I first walked in, but it went away after I ran the AC for a while. Good value if you're on a budget and don't mind older facilities.

Juli deserves a special mention. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, and his kindness and professionalism made us feel welcome. Thanks to him and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We're staying at Alron Hotel Kuta now and couldn't be happier. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are well maintained, and the location is great for exploring Kuta. We'd happily recommend the hotel.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and securely stored my diving equipment while I was away from Kuta. Breakfast was the usual buffet selection, and there's a small pool to cool off in. My balcony room faced away from the main road, so it was quiet. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. It's a good budget hotel, and I'd stay again without hesitation.

My room was set back from the main road, so I didn't hear traffic. It was clean and comfortable, with no unpleasant smell. They also gave me two bottles of water and a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. Kuta Beach is close, and the area itself is quiet. Breakfast isn't included, but you can get it for 60,000 IDR. A pleasant stay and good value for this location.

I booked two nights but left after the first. The room smelled bad, the bathroom had no water, and there wasn't a proper window for ventilation. The photos were misleading and didn't match what I found. I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place.
