The apartment doesn't have a bellboy, which makes sense for this kind of service apartment. I loved how much space the room had, with a kitchen and a separate bathroom. Breakfast was short on food and drinks, but the manager offered to let us eat at the nearby hotel, which was a nice gesture.

The staff were always available and professional. The room was huge, 63sqm with a very high ceiling, but the air-conditioning still managed to cool it well despite my initial worry. It's great value from every angle unless you're after a private pool villa.

I stayed before and after a planned operation, and the staff made me feel very welcome. The place is peaceful, set off the main road, and my large room had a kitchenette and pool access. The internet was awesome. My shower had a small problem, but they fixed it really quickly. The bathroom could use a freshen up, though it was clean and worked fine for me. As a solo traveler, I liked that food delivery drivers weren't allowed up to the room. You get a phone notification when the food arrives, and staff told me I could call “0” if I couldn't get to reception. One of the amazing staff would bring it up for me. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful throughout. It was only a couple of dollars to get to Legian or Kuta, and $6.60 to the airport. Hope this helps.

I spent three weeks here on my own and extended my stay each week. The rooms are clean, safe, and comfortable, with a kitchen, fridge, good bed, and big balcony. The staff are super friendly and the service is excellent. Good location in seminiak, not too far from uluwatu and Changgu. I'll definitely come back!
