Four Points By Sheraton Bali, Kuta

Sovia, the manager, deserves a special mention for checking in with us and making sure we had what we needed. She went above and beyond, which made the stay feel special. The rest of the team were just as welcoming, greeting us with big smiles throughout the hotel. We had a fantastic stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta and would gladly return. The room was modern, clean, nicely presented, and looked out over the pool. Housekeeping kept it spotless and refreshed every day. The pool bar is a must for its atmosphere and as a place to unwind. Parta and the team put in extra effort to make sure guests are having a good time. The location is ideal, close to Kuta shops, restaurants, and the beach, while still making a relaxing base. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had at any hotel. The food was excellent, chilled items were kept in proper fridge units, and the cooked dishes were fresh. Special coffees were included, and there was also a separate menu if we got tired of the buffet. The breakfast staff went above and beyond, a lovely example of the Balinese people's warmth. We booked Four Points by Sheraton in Kuta through a Jetstar holiday deal, after staying at many hotels around Bali. It was a very enjoyable holiday stay, with nice, clean facilities and rooms. We couldn't use the top-floor pool area because it was closed for renovation, which was unfortunate. The bathroom was showing its age, though. Still, a great place to stay. Enjoy!

We stay in Bali hotels several nights each month, and this one has become a favorite. Its location is excellent, but the hospitality is what sets it apart. The management has clearly put a strong system in place around guest satisfaction and trained the staff to deliver warm, attentive service. In my experience, hotel disappointments tend to come from staff behavior more than facilities, and this hotel really does well in that area. From check-in to check-out, the team seemed genuinely committed to making guests happy. On our final morning they surprised us with a sweet treat, and during the stay they also arranged a thoughtful birthday surprise for one of us. Both gestures touched us. If you're looking around Kuta, we'd highly recommend putting this hotel on your shortlist.

The place deserves five stars across the board, with a beautiful setting, great pool, good breakfast, and a brilliant outdoor bar. It's also a short walk to the best shopping mall in the area. We lost two days of our trip after getting food poisoning from food outside the hotel. The staff made it much easier to recover, arranging for a doctor to come to our room and cooking special meals for my wife. Thanks, everyone, you did a great job. The doctor cost 5 million including medication, for your information. My advice is to avoid eating outside.
