The rooftop pool and dining area were a nice place to unwind after a busy day. My room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. J4 Hotels Legian Bali is also very conveniently placed for shopping, restaurants, and popular spots around Kuta and Legian. I had a very satisfying stay and found it comfortable and good value. I'd happily stay here again on my next Bali trip, and recommend it to anyone looking for great service.

I brought a group from Malaysia and was really impressed with the hotel. The team were amazing, the rooms felt super cozy, and breakfast was good. The food and drinks at the hotel were excellent too. J4 is in a great spot for shopping and entertainment around Legian Kuta. Big thanks to the staff, I'll definitely bring more groups.

The rooms and washrooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I appreciated the security and amenities that made everything feel convenient and safe. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout, so arrival and checkout went smoothly. Hotel J4 Legian, Kuta is right in the heart of Legian, with restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the beach easy to reach, while still being comfortable for a relaxed stay. I had a very pleasant visit and would recommend it for the location, service, and value.

I got sick during my stay and needed more water. Management waived the charge and arranged medical help, which was kind of them. The room was beautiful, the staff were very kind, and the value is hard to beat, especially from a Western perspective. After a lovely massage, I noticed my headphones were gone. I raised it with help from a local friend, and the staff gathered to apologise. I appreciated that response. It's a lovely place, and I hope the hotel keeps improving how it deals with guest concerns.

The lobby was gorgeous and easily my favourite part of the property. The staff were generally cordial and helpful, and I can see this place being a gem with some care. The rest of the hotel disappointed me. The hallways had no air conditioning, so getting from the room to the elevator or around the property was uncomfortably hot. The rooms felt very outdated. Mine smelled of mold, and the bathroom drains stank. The worst smell came from the shower when the hot water ran. I told management within minutes of entering, but they only sprayed a terrible air freshener and didn't address the cause. There weren't any hand or face towels in the room either. I don't understand that.
