The staff made the biggest impression on me. JuJu, Shila, and Zul were warm and attentive from check-in to check-out, always ready to help or have a chat. They made me feel at home, and that kind of service is hard to find these days. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, good value for the price. There are several restaurants nearby, plus a padel court and gym within easy reach. You can walk to the main street, though I’d recommend renting a scooter to get around more comfortably and see the surrounding area.

I travel often and rarely leave a negative review, but I want other travelers to know what happened. My belongings went missing from the room during my stay, and when I reported it, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. The room also looked much older and less cared for than the misleading online photos suggested, and the bed sheets seemed dirty. I had one of my worst hotel experiences here. There are much better places to stay nearby.

The people made us feel so welcome that we already miss them and will definitely come back. Thanks to everyone who looked after us: Iwenk and Sheli, Willis and Gina in housekeeping; Juju and Zul at the front office; Putra, the engineer and “sneak guy”; Banjir, who cared for the garden; and Shila, the manager. They were all thoughtful, friendly, and ready to help. The villa sits among beautiful greenery, with the jungle just steps away. Waking up to the plants and wildlife was magical, and friendly monkeys even came to visit. It’s a peaceful, relaxing place to enjoy Lombok’s natural beauty while feeling well cared for.

The suites are spacious and lovely, though the decor feels a bit clinical. We liked having a separate living and kitchen area, plus a water cooler in the room. The kitchen was fine for making breakfast or cutting fruit, though not for cooking a three-course meal. We didn’t try the breakfast option. There’s a pleasant pool and chill area, but no other shared place to sit for a drink, so once you’re done swimming it’s your room or town. You’ll definitely want a scooter. Mosquitoes kept appearing in the bathroom, more than 20 each morning, so bug spray is essential. We also didn’t love the pillows, which were either huge or very tiny. We stayed five nights and had a good time, thanks in large part to Juju, Zul, Rizal, and the rest of the staff, who looked after us so well.
