Rama Garden Hotel

Breakfast is simple but enough for me. If you want a huge buffet selection, there are other places to choose from. The room was modern and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and pillows. For my first visit, I found the place surprisingly quiet given the location. Management and staff were professional and polite, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. I’d happily stay here again.

The pool was just the right temperature, and the food was lovely. Our ground floor rooms were spacious, had what we needed for a comfortable stay, and were made up every day. The staff bent over backwards to help us. There was a little maintenance work around the pool on a few days during our week, but otherwise I couldn’t fault the place. You can’t beat Rama Garden’s location. Ten out of ten.

We had dinner at the restaurant several times, and the food was fresh and well priced. The breakfast buffet was very basic, though that’s probably what you’d expect at a smaller place. Rama Garden is in a great spot and still super quiet. Our room was lovely and clean, and we enjoyed sitting out by the warm, sunny pool. There were shaded seating areas too. The staff were lovely, helpful, and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our week here.

The daily towel display in the room was a nice touch, and the property has a certain charm with very nice staff. It’s a group of units around a small pool, nothing fancy compared with the big resorts. We’ve stayed here before. We accidentally broke a tea cup and were charged 100k ($10 aud). We were happy to pay, but it did sour the stay a bit. Our neighbours broke a coffee cup and paid 150k ($15 aud), because the cups have to be bought in packs of four. So if you stay there, remember my name, they still owe us three tea cups. You’re welcome.
