The staff are friendly, and there’s a pool, but cleanliness needs a major improvement. The room wasn’t cleaned unless I asked, there’s no breakfast, and it only has a fan, no AC. The location is great, near Beachwalk mall, the beach, clubs, and restaurants. There’s a nearby club with a live band at night, playing until around 11pm, and you can hear it from the rooms. If you don’t go to sleep early, that may not be a problem. Could suit solo travellers on a budget.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to reach Kuta and Legian highlights, including Beachwalk Shopping Centre, Kuta Beach, nearby restaurants, and the popular clubs and sports bars. For a low-budget stay, you get a room with your choice of air conditioning or none, plus a central garden and pool. The bathroom was the letdown: rusty, calcified fittings, slow hot water, and only okay shower pressure. Without that, I’d give the hotel five stars for its value and location. One tip, ask for an extra towel if you’re staying more than two nights.

The pool is large and deep enough, with sunbeds around it, and the ground-floor rooms have air conditioning and a good amount of space. The location is good too. You might find a cheaper hotel nearby, but this one was quite good. I’d recommend it.

The pool is lovely and clean, and it’s only a short walk to the center and beach. Kuta can be busy and noisy, but this place is quiet, with very nice, helpful staff. The rooms are past their best, though I still like staying here. If I’m in Kuta again, I’d choose it once more.
