The value is hard to beat, and the breakfast is a nice touch: staff cook it fresh in your own villa kitchen for very little. When the bathroom sink started leaking, they fixed it straight away, and the service has always been impeccable. I’ve stayed here for many years and still prefer these villas in Seminyak. They’re older, but kept in excellent condition, with loads of space, a large living area, kitchen, huge bathroom, and a garden pool big enough to swim in.

The staff made the stay especially easy. Melanie was warm, attentive, and ready to help, and check-in through checkout went smoothly. Dyana Villas is peaceful and private despite being close to everything in Seminyak. The villas are roomy, clean, and well cared for. A beautiful place to stay, and one I’d recommend.

The bedroom is the air-conditioned part of the villa, with a safe, mosquito net, TV, desk, chair, and plenty of power points. Our Australian plugs fit straight into the wall. The bed was comfortable too. There’s an open dining area with two tables, plus a small grill, gas hotplate, fridge, 20L water cooler, and all the cutlery. The pool could use repainting or tiling, but it was still refreshing. The bathroom has a good two-way shower with strong pressure, though the water has a smell at first, so let it run briefly. Open shower area, good sinks, and a toilet with a bum gun. It was our second stay in Seminyak villas. This one is about a 5-10 minute walk from the main road, with bars including Galaxy sports bar, and plenty of restaurants and shops.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and even let us check out late because our flight was late at night. We were two and found the villa spacious and comfortable, with a good bed and a pool we enjoyed. It’s near a busy street, but surprisingly quiet inside. The kitchen had everything, though we didn’t use it. One small thing to know: since part of the villa is open, you may spot lizards on the yard walls at night.

Yuli has been our favorite villa Assistant for years. She goes above and beyond with cooking and cleaning, speaks really good English, and is an amazing babysitter. The villas are close to the shops and beach, with 24-hour security. I’ve been coming here for 17 years. They’re traditional Balinese open-air villas and do feel dated, so could use renovation, but they’re still very clean and the service is outstanding.
