Villa Lapiz Lazuli Seminyak Kuta

The location was great, with lots of places and restaurants only a few minutes' walk away. The villa and bedrooms were the right size, the pool stayed at a nice temperature, and customer service was amazing and available whenever we needed it. We had an amazing stay. The only issue was cockroaches in the open bathrooms and kitchen. I'd suggest bringing something to protect yourself from mosquitoes too.

A small convenience shop just outside the villas is usually open from morning until 10 pm. The friendly staff are accommodating, and they clean daily if you tell them what time works for you. The villa itself is large, with three bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, a living area, kitchen, and pool, though it doesn’t look like the online photos. Expect lizards, ants, and mosquitoes both inside and out. The kitchen, bath, and toilet water had a somewhat strange smell, and the cisterns didn’t all work the same. Villa along Gang Taman Sari is tucked away from the main roads on either side, Jln Raya Seminyak and Jln Plawa Gang Ratna. Jln Raya Seminyak has lots of shops, eateries, a supermarket, and massage parlours. Jln Plawa Gang Ratna is mostly private properties, while Gang Taman Sari itself has some shops and eateries. If you’re driving, enter Gang Taman Sari from Jln Raya Seminyak. The road from Jln Plawa to Taman Sari is half gated for bikes only. You can get dropped off by car or van at the gate, then walk a minute or less to the villas.

The pool stayed a nice temperature all day, and our family had a great time. We were also very happy to find a welcome sign waiting on the family’s bed when we arrived. Galuah and her team were so helpful, and the staff kept checking in each morning to see if we wanted extra cleaning or needed anything else during our stay. Fantastic location, and I’d recommend it 110%. Thank you so much.

This was a good choice for us, with room for six people in the three bedrooms and a large private pool all to ourselves. There are eateries nearby and the location is very good. The wardrobe should be replaced. One thing the owner could have warned us about was the gecko noise at night. It’s really loud and scary if you don’t know it’s coming from a gecko.
