It's close to the beach and the staff are very friendly. Room 204 has a great balcony. The place is a bit grubby and could use some care, even for basics like cleaning soap scum from the bathroom fittings and emptying bins with bloodsoaked rags. There was no fridge, tea or coffee, or TV, despite the pictures showing otherwise. The sign is small and unlit, so I couldn't find the entrance and had to ask at the Minimart next door.

The rooms are a good deal for the price, and the staff are super friendly. A nice option for a solo traveller or a couple wanting affordable, clean privacy. The souvlaki warung across the street is great too, give it a try for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The entrance can give you the impression it's a creepy place, but meeting the staff and seeing the rooms changed my mind right away. We were on the top floor, with a good view over the legian area. It's a 10-minute walk to Double six beach and also fairly close to the usual Kuta attractions. Breakfast isn't provided, though there are lots of good eateries nearby. Try Warung Murrah and Warung Soulaki.

The room is spacious and has a nice balcony, so it feels well worth the money. The entrance is a bit weird, and there's no TV. The hosts are extremely polite too :)
