Luna and the other staff member were really kind, but I didn't feel very comfortable staying here. The room looked charming at first, though the inside needs a lot of maintenance. We found ants and a spider, and the toilet wasn't very clean. When the girls came back to clean it, the chemical smell was really strong. The outside lights weren't working either, and the pool loses its sun after about 2 or 3 o'clock. This ended up being my least favourite stay during my 12 days in Bali and Lombok. The management needs to handle the renovations.

We had a lovely time at Villa Luki. It's tucked into a quiet alley, near a shopping mall and a street full of shops and restaurants. The villa is spacious, very clean, and private, with everything well looked after. The cleaning lady came each day and did a thorough job, and the pool was in great condition. The toilet gave us some trouble during the first few days, but they fixed it quickly. Manager Rida was easy to reach and very helpful. If you're after a private, roomy villa for a romantic stay in Seminyak, this is a great option.

The room was clean and really good, and the girls' service was fantastic. They even cooked breakfast in the room. You're right in the center and close to everything you need. I can't see why the rooms only have 2.5 stars. The only small drawbacks were the lack of luggage space in the bedroom and shower pressure that kept shifting from strong to weak.
