Getting to the villa is a little challenging, but once there, it’s great. There are three large, comfortable rooms, a lovely pool, and a clean kitchen. There’s also plenty of space to watch TV or relax.

With the pandemic worldwide, travel restrictions in place, and advice against travelling, especially with young children, I asked whether they’d negotiate some kind of refund on my $1500 deposit or offer different dates once things settled down. They were unlikely to do that. Enjoy the free money.
