Oyo 3516 Kinawa Family Homestay

The room’s interior looks nice, and it has air conditioning, a TV, a comfortable bed, and a wardrobe. The bathroom has both hot and cold water, and the service was good. The room is small, though that comes down to personal preference. For a booking for two, there was only one towel. No table or bottled water was provided, and toiletries like soap, shampoo, a toothbrush, and toothpaste weren’t in the room, so you have to buy them yourself. I use OYO often, and most places I’ve stayed provide those things, which makes guests more comfortable. There’s room to improve the experience.

Neat, clean, and cool AC. We provide AC maintenance and cleaning for IDR 50,000 per unit. Wash more than three units and we’ll give you a special price.

The room was clean and the price was cheap. Unfortunately, the AC remote was broken while we were there, so we slept cold 🤭. The person on duty was rude too 🙃. We’re customers, and the inn staff should try to serve people warmly and with a smile 👍

It felt like the bedroom hadn't been made ready beforehand. The mattress and pillows smelled of drool, which made it really uncomfortable. There wasn't any mineral water, soap, or toothpaste either. 😷😥
