For the low price, it was a decent stay, and the location made it easy to walk to restaurants and local sights around central Ubud. The rooms are nicely decorated, though there isn’t much room to do anything besides hang out on the bed. I liked the outdoor shower, but the hot water was limited. I barely saw staff, and checking in meant writing my name and dates on a sheet of paper. It would’ve been nice to have drinking water or breakfast provided.

The bed was comfy, and I really liked the pool and outdoor bathroom. The hosts were warm and welcoming too. Had a great stay, would definitely recommend ❤️👍😊

The pool was lovely and its unexpectedly cold water felt great in the Bali heat. We enjoyed the space and the hospitality from this lovely family. Our room was tidy when we arrived and was cleaned every day, even when we got up late. There were always fresh towels waiting for us. I loved staying here for all three nights and will absolutely come back and tell friends and family about it. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

The room change felt unfair: after ants turned up in our bed, we were moved to a smaller room without a fridge, yet charged the same. For that hassle, I think they should have offered a discount. We’d booked a Bed & Breakfast through Booking.com, but no breakfast was available. The sheets had stains and black hairs, the mirror was dirty, and there was dust and dirt in a corner, so the rooms weren’t as clean as other reviews suggested. The location was alright, but the price didn’t feel worth it. There are better value rooms in Ubud.
