Danaya's Cottage and Studio

The location worked really well, near the things I wanted to see, but still quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of healthy, tasty choices each morning. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I also appreciated how peaceful it was and the care put into the service and decor. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. I had a great time and would gladly stay again. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The garden setting felt peaceful, and the strong Wi-Fi and small kitchenette made things easy. Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, with a great bed, well working air conditioning and everything kept in good shape. It was a calm, welcoming base in Bali. The staff were especially kind and attentive, checking whether we needed anything and sharing useful local tips. Danaya's Cottage is quiet, but only a short walk from central Ubud, the Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, cafes and restaurants. We absolutely loved staying here.

The greenery around the house is beautiful, and it feels like being deep in the jungle, away from the city. If you like nature and quiet, this is a great spot. We enjoyed everything, including the room, pool and kitchen, and Putu was so welcoming and friendly.

For the price, this is really good value. The rooms are clean, well kept and have what one person or a couple needs. There’s even a place to cook, though I didn’t use it with all the restaurants around Ubud.
