The room was spacious and the stay generally comfortable, but the mosquitoes were a real problem and affected the experience. Better mosquito control would make a big difference.

It was a shame to see what happened when I brought guests to check in. The employees at reception were busy dressing themselves up, and the driver was left to carry the suitcases to the lobby. When the guests arrived, someone greeted them, but the male employees just looked at them while the girls kept embroidering.

Such lovely people and amazing service. We could have Balinese coffee whenever we wanted, and there were fresh towels for the pool.

The welcoming atmosphere made our visit enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The destination has beautiful scenery, lush greenery, and views that gave us peaceful moments and great photo opportunities. There was also plenty to keep people entertained, with a mix of culture, nature, and activities. We spent hours exploring and enjoying the beauty of the place. The local food was a pleasant surprise, with fresh ingredients and plenty of choices. The locals were hospitable and made us feel at home as we discovered new things. It offers both adventure and relaxation, and seems suited to a weekend break or a longer stay. I'd happily visit again and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable trip.

It's close to central Ubud, and the staff are friendly. I did see some insects in my room.
