Wayan Sutenen and his family made us feel like we were part of theirs. They looked after us throughout the stay, from picking us up at the airport and getting us back in time for our flight to finding bandages at the pharmacy when I scraped my arm. They also rented us scooters at a very reasonable price, lent us travel adapters we'd forgotten, and helped us understand Balinese culture, translate, and navigate things in the community. I can't think of anything they wouldn't do to help. The room was perfect and well kept, everything worked, and we were completely comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and caring, and the service was beyond five stars. This may be the nicest place I've ever stayed. Next time I'm back in Ubud Bali, I'll choose the Sahadewa House. I highly recommend it and will tell my family and friends.

It's a lovely traditional house, and the neighborhood stays tranquil even though restaurants and points of interest are close by. We enjoyed the tasty included breakfast, and the hosts were kind and attentive. The rooms were spotless. On rainy afternoons, the comfortable porch is a great place to sit with coffee or tea and take your time.

Such a lovely, character-filled guesthouse. The room was simple, clean, comfortable, and had no bad smell. Everyone, from the owner to the staff, was friendly and helpful. It's especially nice if you want nature, rest, and some peace and quiet. There's no pool or TV in the room, but the internet was very good and the air conditioning was strong, so I didn't miss either one. I really love this place and will come back next time I'm in Ubud.

It's right in central Ubud, and the people here are wonderfully hospitable and helpful. We had a great time. They can arrange day trips, rent scooters, and help plan all sorts of outings, from a cooking class to a hike up Mount Batur.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable, with lovely people running it. The family keeps everything neat, and there are cozy spots to sit with really good coffee and tea. You can also rent a motorbike or get laundry done. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the place.
