I picked this place because I could walk to Bali Yoga Center for my sound healing course. The family is lovely, and they make an amazing breakfast. They’re happy to help when you ask. The yard doesn’t look like it did in the original photos, and there’s a clean laundry service close by if you’d rather not hand wash. Remember, you’re on an island in the jungle, so animals of all sizes are around. 😱😆

The garden and pool make for a lovely, cozy place to unwind, and the centre of Ubud is very close. The family running the accommodation always greeted us with a smile and were glad to help with whatever we needed. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and different choices each day. We’d stay here again if we return to Ubud.

My reservation was confirmed, then the property canceled at the last minute because of a broken toilet. I was told late and had to find another place myself. Not a good choice if you need reliable arrangements.

Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety, a lovely way to start the day. The rooms feel cozy and welcoming, and the owners are thoughtful, kind, attentive people who make you feel at home. I’d wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

We were happy with our two-night stay, and it was handy that we could leave our bags there before and after to explore a bit more. The hosts were so welcoming, and the pool was great for relaxing. The rooms are on the small side and the furnishings feel a little older, but it was totally fine for the price. There’s construction right next door at the moment, though we were only there at night and didn’t hear much of it.
