The host was really helpful, and the location was great. The room was good, and while the bed wasn't amazing, it did the job. We only had shower towels, with no paper products or reusable things for the kitchen, so plan ahead.

The friendly staff, good facilities, and location made this a nice room and good value for money. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that our hand towel was very dirty, with toothpaste on it from a previous guest. Otherwise, it was just what we needed.

A good location, and an okay place to stay with family. The rooms are a little smaller than they look in the pictures.

The location puts you right in the middle of Galway City Centre, which was really handy. We stayed in the Guest House, with our own room and access to a shared kitchen area. It had microwaves and fridges, plus an iron and ironing board, and a table and chairs. We didn't use the facilities, but thought they were a great extra. Our host was very welcoming and looked after us throughout our June 2024 trip to Galway and other parts of Ireland. The photos looked dated, so it was a nice surprise to find our room had been renovated and looked much better. The host was midway through renovating the other rooms while we were there, so I imagine they may all be updated by now. I'd recommend staying here, and we'd definitely come back if we return to Galway. I've added some pictures of our room and the facilities from another website to help others.
