Neptune's Hostel

There’s a lovely shared area with comfy chairs and sofas, plus an electric fireplace and another sofa by the check-in desk. The place is very central, across the road from some nice pubs and a nice cafe/restaurant. David was lovely to chat with one evening when I stayed behind while the rest of my group went out. And it was nice meeting Lexi the dog, who was friendly and very well behaved. The staff were wonderful and the rooms spotless, though a little cold overnight when the radiators switched off. The shower took a while to warm up, and it's best to watch where the jets are pointed so the floor stays dry. They can't offer breakfast service again yet, but there was filter coffee on our first day and tea and coffee making facilities. Huge thanks to the whole team for accommodating us and providing such a lovely place.

The price was great, and breakfast was included in the accommodation. The kitchen was very clean, the rooms were clean, and some were modern. You can also relax in the living room even if you're not a resident. Everyone I met was kind and interesting. It was a great chance to meet someone who might interest you. The employees were all helpful and kind. Great place, great people :)

The staff were so nice and helpful, always ready with advice about what to do around the area. Rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The kitchen was good and had plenty of things available for free, and the free breakfast had enough options. They'll also wash and dry your clothes for 10€ if you need laundry done. 100% recommended.

We had a triple room with a private bathroom for 75€, breakfast included. The shower was a bit grubby and the carpet could have been vacuumed better. It got a little noisy once people started moving around, though it wasn't too bad. Breakfast was cereal and toast with tea and coffee, and there's a kitchen if you'd rather cook something yourself. Overall, I had a good impression. The value was good, so I'd go back.
