Glashaus Hotel

The whole team made us feel looked after, from the spotless daily housekeeping to the friendly bar staff, who were attentive and quick with recommendations. At reception, check-in was easy and we were made very welcome. Management, including John, were visible and approachable, and it was clear they run things well. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We had a brilliant stay at the Glashaus Hotel and will be back.

What made the biggest difference during a very difficult time was the staff. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed on and off for 11 weeks while our dad was very ill in Tallaght hospital, and their help made things much easier. The hotel was perfectly placed across from the hospital, beside the luas stop and in front of the square shopping center. Our family room had plenty of space, and the bar food was tasty and reasonably priced. The chicken wings were the best I've had. We'll definitely return.

We picked this hotel for a night before taking the ferry, and the 30-minute drive worked well for us. The underground car park was handy, with direct access into the hotel. It took some figuring out to find the place, since Google Maps didn't bring us right to it. Our room was warm and clean, with a comfy bed and a powerful shower on the second floor. The receptionist was friendly, polite, and knew the area well. I'd stay again if I'm nearby.

Breakfast was a real highlight, especially the Eggs Benedict, which were the best I've had. Everything was fresh and carefully prepared. The staff were warm and polite, and the underground parking made arrival easy. My 9-year-old daughter and I stayed at the Glashaus Hotel for our last night in Ireland. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel was modern, clean, and close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. A lovely way to finish our trip.
