The apartment is cute, clean, and right in the city center, with a really comfortable bed. The housekeeper was so sweet and caring, and went out of her way to help. She couldn’t speak English, but that was fine. Definitely recommend :)

The location is amazing and convenient, but our stay at We Tour hotel was simply bad service and a bad hotel. There’s no reception desk, and the person handling bookings wasn’t working. The phone line wasn’t available either. We were very disappointed and don’t recommend it. The toilets were dirty and broken. We asked to have them cleaned again, but the cleaner just used a floor cloth on them. The wall was peeling and moldy, really repulsive, and the air conditioner was broken. They said there’d be a mini bar, but all we found was a bag of coffee and a bag of sugar. There weren’t any kitchen utensils, either. The balcony looked ready to break and dangerous to people. The room cost 180 shekels a night, and it’s clear why.

I arrived on time for my booking, but there were no instructions for getting in. I expected a doorbell, but there’s nothing at the entrance. Now I’m stuck outside on a brutally hot day, waiting, because the posted phone number isn’t connected. I have a work meeting in an hour. Really frustrating customer service.

The place was lovely, and very clean and well kept. There’s no reception, just a board showing the location, so you get complete privacy. For me, this is the best spot in Jerusalem, right on the pedestrian street at a really convenient intersection. Jaffa and public transportation are close by, and downstairs there are strictly kosher restaurants with wonderful Jerusalem flavors. It made me want to give my heart. Thank you!
