Hotel O Shilpgram Taj Mahal East Gate

We came as a family group of 26, and the staff handled us with care. They were courteous, organized and very supportive, with prompt service throughout the stay. The hotel's location made sightseeing easy, as major Agra attractions are close by. It felt welcoming and comfortable, and the hotel truly welcomes all nationalities. We had no complaints. Highly recommended for family groups and tours.

The rooms were clean and had modern amenities, and the price felt fair. It was a peaceful, luxurious place to stay, with a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were really helpful, and the food was delicious.

Getting around from the hotel was easy, and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and ready to help when we needed something. A few little things could be better, but they didn't have much effect on our short trip. It was a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Hotel East Gate is very close to the Taj Mahal, which was a great plus. I spent 2 nights and 3 days there and had a good experience. The management and restaurant staff were friendly, and for anyone looking for a budget hotel in Agra, Hotel East Gate could be a good choice.
