The room furnishings looked worn and damaged, with scratched furniture and badly kept fittings. The washroom was filthy, stained, visibly worn, and didn’t feel hygienic or safe to use. Bedding was a problem too: the bed wasn’t clean and the pillow covers were torn, making me doubt whether the sheets had been changed after the previous guests. Housekeeping and maintenance were extremely poor, and the stay was disappointing and uncomfortable. Cleanliness is the minimum a hotel should provide, and this place failed badly. I wouldn’t recommend it without major improvements.

They deliberately asked us to cancel, claiming the rooms were under maintenance during the Coldplay concert dates. Now the same dates are listed at triple the price. Pathetic behavior.

There was no water in the bathroom, and the AC didn’t work, so the heat was unbearable. The room was dirty, with dust, dirt, and stains everywhere. This stay at the hotel was a disappointment, 1/5.

We had a good stay when I visited with my family from Kerala on March 6th. The rooms were very good for a reasonable price, and all the staff behaved well. After checkout, they let us leave our belongings there and gave us a room to freshen up in the evening, with no extra charge.

We booked for three days but had to cancel because of an emergency. They agreed to cancel and give us a full refund, then dragged things out and no one gave a proper answer. People spoke very rudely. I got the money back after a week. There are better places than this mannerless hotel.
