Mr. Shiva Sharma helped us find the location, and we had a great stay with family in November on a low budget. They gave us family rooms, and the room and washroom were both as good as I expected. Everything was good there. Thanks to Mr. Shiva for the great service.

The rooms were average and the service was great. My issue was that they wouldn’t honor the price I’d booked on OYO. After I asked, they did give me a room, but charged a bit extra. I can’t put all the blame on them, since OYO also promised rooms at prices below the operating cost.

We arrived with our family at midnight, and they refused to give us a room. After a lot of arguing, they finally let us stay, but charged extra and provided no facilities, no AC and no water. It was a very bad experience. I have videos and plan to take OYO to consumer court.

I visit this hotel regularly. The rooms are good for a very reasonable price, with air conditioning, and it’s very close to the main Mall road. The staff are good, especially the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Dilip Vohar. I highly recommend it.
