The beds were clean, and the service was good. The reception staff were helpful with local sightseeing and flexible about timings. It’s near Amritsar railway station and easy for guests to reach. A good hotel for a reasonable price.

Being near the railway station is convenient, and there’s a lift plus a bus booking office right in front of the hotel. But we booked three rooms and found all of them completely unhygienic. The rooms weren’t clean, the blankets were dirty and smelled bad, the washrooms were dirty, and the service was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend it to families. The whole booking was a waste.

Mr. Sanjeev has a friendly nature, and the staff are cooperative. The hotel is very close to the railway junction, and it felt safe for our family. We had a clean room with AC, a fridge, and free wi-fi. The service was good. Thanks to everyone at the hotel.

The kitchen service was poor, and the food cleanliness and serving method were unacceptable. Still, I found it safe for a family, and the tariff seemed normal for the quality. I got a good room for Rs 900.

There was some sort of broken glass outside, but the rooms were clean and the facilities were nice. It’s a nice hotel.
