Hotel Regent Laguna

The breakfast and dinner included in my package both tasted excellent. I stayed at the Regent Hotel for four days, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Pratham and Ram from the staff, along with Mr. Rakesh from management, were especially kind and helpful. Everyone was welcoming and well behaved. I’ll definitely visit again when I’m in Goa, with friends, family, or as a couple. Highly recommended!

Pratham was the highlight of our stay at Hotel Regent Lagoona. He was cooperative and attentive, went above and beyond for our comfort, and kept the room impeccably clean throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. Highly recommended!

At checkout, with my transfer due in an hour, reception suddenly told me I owed 22,000 rupees. I’d paid the bill right after eating at their restaurant, but they began asking what I’d paid for the tour to the hotel and demanded more money. I’d bought the tour through the operator, and everything was paid in advance. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that my flight was coming soon and I might pay just to avoid being late. Terrible! I’ve been to India five times, and this was my first stay in a 4-star hotel. No hotel had ever tried to trick me like this. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We found this place at the very last minute during our visit to North Goa. The bathroom was clean, the rooms were good, and we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good too.
