Really bad service and unhygienic rooms. They weren't cleaned, the locks and switches didn't work, and there was no hot water.

The common areas were noisy and poorly kept, and management didn't seem to care about guest concerns. The bedding and in-room facilities were below standard, despite the steep price, and cleanliness problems added to the unpleasant stay. Check-in took an unreasonable amount of time because the front desk seemed apathetic and disorganized. The room was shabby and outdated too. I recently stayed at Sleek Townhouse 442 Galexia Hotel and Resorts in Bangalore and was thoroughly disappointed. It fell far short of what I expected, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

I saw cockroaches in at least four different rooms they showed me. Each photo with a cockroach was from a different room. The place was extremely unhygienic, and I was afraid of catching a disease, so I changed hotels that night. OYO wasn't much help. Save your money and peace of mind, and stay away.

The rooms were awful, with cockroaches and multiple stains on the bedsheets. The hotel needs to recognize that these poorly maintained, unhygienic rooms can really affect guests. There were no amenities or toiletries, not even a towel or soap. A waste of money.
