The staff are good, and the atmosphere and arrangements are much better than before. It's a very beautiful lodge.

The rooms were dusty, the bedsheet smelled, and the washroom was dirty. They hadn't left a towel, though they gave me one when I asked. This was a terrible hotel, with terrible rooms. I booked and paid in advance through Fab Hotels after seeing the nice pictures online. When I reached salon, I was shocked that Fab Hotels had this place listed. They should stay there themselves and do regular audits to keep the service up. I complained and asked for a refund, but both the hotel and Fab Hotels refused. They offered another room instead, but it was in the same condition as the first. I had it cleaned and asked for a fresh bedsheet and pillow covers. I don't know when those had last been changed. It was a very bad experience. Check the actual rooms before booking, and don't trust online booking for this particular hotel.

There was no door lock, and the place hadn't been cleaned properly. They accepted the online booking but told me they don't accept online payment.
