The complimentary breakfast options were poorly explained, and it was hard to tell what was included, so it seemed easy to end up paying extra. We also ordered plain vegetable dal for the room, but it smelled like mutton curry. The food quality was very bad.
The food tasted awful for the high prices, and the staff were very poor. They would ring the doorbell for no reason and disturb us. This was one of my worst hotel experiences. I wouldn't recommend booking here when there are other options in the same budget, and I'll ask my travel desk team to block this hotel.
The service staff could use better training. Still, the modern rooms are impressive for a district town, and the location is very convenient. Good for a short stay.
I was staying alone with my toddler, so I had some doubts about security at first, but it was tight and I felt completely at ease. We were there for five days. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the service and staff were excellent. I'd happily stay again on my next visit.
When I tried to raise a concern, no one seemed willing to take responsibility or even pay attention. The employees seemed more focused on closing up their workplace than helping customers. The service was extremely disappointing.
