Hotel Lemon Tree by OYO Rooms

The rooms and service were very good, and the price was quite reasonable.

Good work, team blue Irish. A great place to stay.

Room 107 and 105 are the ones I’m reviewing. The beds were clean, but there were cockroaches in the cupboards and the washroom was dirty. The TV didn’t work, and bugs and mosquitoes kept me awake. I’m writing this at around 3:30 AM. If negative ratings were possible, I’d give one.

The rooms smelled awful and were in really poor condition. They don’t seem to clean after guests leave, and the receptionist told me rooms booked through Oyo aren’t cleaned. At first the receptionist refused to give me a room and asked for extra money. When I said I’d cancel if I had to pay more, she said she’d have the room cleaned so I could stay. After service like that from Oyo, I wouldn’t book through OYO again.
