OYO 40628 Sambit NX

They charged me an extra GST amount, and I paid 280 rupees more to stay. The place was very dirty, the rooms hadn't been cleaned, and even the bedsheets hadn't been changed. The reception staff don't know how to speak to customers, and the room boy doesn't know his job. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I'd ask OYO to take action against hotel staff who make up their own rules. Value for money: 0/5.

I booked an AC room for three people in the OYO app for Rs.952 or something like that. When we arrived, they first said they couldn't give us a room at that price and that they charge at least 1400 or 1500. After I showed them the booking, they said there was no room available. Very disappointing. Don't book through OYO, you'll be disappointed.

I booked 08 rooms, and every one had problems: condoms in the washrooms, ACs that didn't work, and small beds that were like single accommodations. I wouldn't stay here. The staff, including the manager FULCHANDRA DAS, behaved badly. He spoke to us as if we weren't customers.

The room itself is good, but the geyser doesn't work, the bathroom isn't clean enough, and there's no exhaust fan. There was no AC remote to adjust the temperature, and the bed only fits two people. At checkout, they took my mobile and gave a 5-star review.
