The service and understanding of customers were the worst. They ask for extra charges over even small issues with room orientation, and for cleaning the room too. The receptionists don't seem to understand and just stick to their own words and stubbornness.
I booked online through Oyo, but when I arrived they demanded an extra 500rs. They said I would have to cancel because of their internal issues with Oyo, so don't fall for that trap. The room was very poor, with inadequate lighting and no room service. Their behavior was bad too.
The rooms are decent and the service is pretty good. It's right in the heart of the city, which is an interesting location, and the hotel is very cheap. A medium-range option that's safe, so you should give it a try.
The staff were good, and the stay was decent. Parking was the problem, though, there isn't any.
Room service was really good, and the lodge is right in central Bilaspur, which makes it easy to get around to places I like. The price is budget friendly too. One of the best lodges in Bilaspur.
