There was no proper security, and the place didn’t feel safe. The owner was rude and no help at all. Our room smelled horrible, with stained blankets and a dirty bed. Terrible experience, worst service I’ve had. I won’t stay here again.
Really bad experience. The staff were unprofessional, and the service guys kept asking for almost every item, saying it was N/A.
The staff were rude, and visiting felt like a waste of time. The food wasn’t very good either. Half the tandoori rooti was burnt, and the rest wasn’t cooked properly. Very poor service 😕
The location and view from the hotel are good. But they wouldn’t honor the online booking and wanted to charge double at check-in. After a long journey, I had no option but to pay. Room service was awful too, they didn’t pick up the call.
The washroom was awful, with no basin for washing hands and no exhaust. The food was the worst, and it took forever just to get it.
