We stayed for two days and had problems in both rooms. On the second day they moved us to the third floor, but the geyser there didn't work. When we checked out, I told the receptionist about the issues and asked for a bottle of water as a small compensation. He rudely asked why we were arguing over a 20-rupee bottle and said they don't provide water bottles. The point was the repeated service failures and the disrespect, not the price. A simple apology or a polite response would have helped, but we were treated badly. We ended the conversation because we decided not to come back, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel. The first room had lots of little cockroaches, a very loud washroom exhaust fan, and a TV with a completely yellow screen that was uncomfortable to watch. Around 1:40 a.m. the receptionist was loudly playing a game on his phone and shouting. It was so disturbing that my mother got scared. We didn't complain that first day, but the conditions, service, and staff behavior were all very poor.
