SPOT ON 78619 Grand Residency

I feel like I lost my money to OYO. The room was tiny and smelled bad, the washroom was dirty, and the passage to it was very narrow and foul-smelling. The location was awful. A very bad experience.

There were bed bugs in the room, and it smelled awful. The pillow, bed cover, and towel were all very dirty and hadn’t been washed. Worst room I’ve ever stayed in, don’t book it.

I was there with my mother, and the experience was awful. The area felt very shabby, and I didn’t feel safe when I arrived. The staff showed me a room before I booked, but after I paid an advance and checked in, he came to my room and said I wasn’t allowed to stay there. He offered a different room. When I refused, he cut the power to the original room, demanded extra money for the same room, and argued with me loudly. Totally unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially to women.

What a waste of money. The rooms weren’t clean, the fan was noisy, staff gave no support, and there was a big pile of garbage at reception. One of the worst hotels I’ve seen.
