Siri Nature Roost

The birdsong, rain and warm hospitality made our vacation feel extra special. My wife and son really enjoyed the stay, and she also had a spa treatment that left her feeling great. There were fun evening games for both couples and kids, and the breakfast and dinner were worth the money. We spent one night with the family in the Meru Vindhya rooms. They were neatly arranged and very clean, with a luxurious feel and all the amenities, including a Jacuzzi. Pickup and drop-off were available whenever we asked. Thanks so much to all the staff who made it a lovely stay. I'd recommend Siri without a second thought. Go and enjoy it! ❤️☺️🌿

The food and connectivity were both disappointing. Lunch and dinner had barely a page of options, there was no room service, and the poha, puri and vada at breakfast were far too oily. Mobile reception was very poor, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping out. We also had a power cut that lasted 3-4 hours during the day. We booked a jacuzzi room, but the jacuzzi didn't work and was in poor condition. They spent 2-3 hours trying to fix it, and after sunset the outdoor setup was practically unusable because so many insects were attracted to it. Several outdoor activities listed by the resort were unavailable or poorly maintained as well. The rooms felt dated, as if they hadn't been renovated in 10-15 years. The recent Google photos look heavily edited or AI-generated to us and don't show the property's actual condition. Management and maintenance were poor overall. For the premium price and 4-star claims, the facilities and service didn't even meet basic 2-star expectations. Very disappointed with our stay at Siri Nature Roost. Don't waste your money here. Better to book homestays in a coffee estate.

The only thing I liked was the villa design. We paid 46k for two nights in a pool villa with my wife and two kids, and the price was high for such an average resort. I stopped enjoying the vacation and kept calling staff to fix things. The AC, intercom and Wi-Fi weren't working, and I complained about the AC about three times a day. The bathroom had hard water, something I hadn't encountered at a 4-star or luxury hotel. Worst of all, rats roamed around the villa all night, so there was no sleep. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but...

The kids loved the Jacuzzi, and the restaurant food was tasty with no complaints. Security was good throughout the property. We stayed with family for three nights in the middle of a quiet, pleasant, thick forest. The rooms were hygienic and had all the amenities described on the website. Staff were courteous, helpful and prompt, whether we needed food, cleaning or anything else. A couple of things could be better. It took 15 to 20 minutes of running the tap to get hot water, which is a lot of waste. The private pool had no temperature control, so it was hard to stay in it for long except in the afternoon.
