The room was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the AC remote was damaged and didn’t work. We chose this place because it was close to the college, but the stay was a complete disappointment. The staff were rude and unprofessional too. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in Coimbatore. I strongly don’t recommend it, please avoid booking here.

The bathroom water wouldn’t drain, the room was very dusty, and they didn’t even change the bedsheet. There was no hot water, even for small kids, and the room service was awful. I thought a homestay room might be better than a hotel, but it wasn’t worth a penny. Don’t stay here or waste your money.

The rooms were filthy, there was no water, and we couldn’t get decent assistance. Very bad, dirty hotel. Please don’t come with family.

After a long journey I got here late at night, but nobody responded when I tried to contact the homestay. One of the owners eventually answered, then switched the phone to DND straight afterward, leaving me stranded without help or guidance. This lack of care and responsibility is unprofessional and unacceptable for a place offering hospitality. Think twice before staying here, it can ruin your trip.

There weren’t even basic utilities, and the water situation was the worst part of the experience. We booked an AC room, but the AC didn’t work either. Very bad experience.
