Oyo 9977 Jagat Residency

At first glance, the hotel and room looked promising, but the cleanliness was awful. There was a bunch of women's hair in the room, the floor was dirty, the sheets were unclean, and I found men's hair on the pillows. The in-room food menu was so sticky and dirty I didn't want to touch it. The food we ordered tasted bad, was half-cooked, and seemed stale. A completely terrible experience. I'd never recommend this hotel.

The stay was hassle-free, with fast service and polite housekeeping. The people were gracious, the lights were good, the AC worked well, and there was power backup. The rooms are spacious, and most have balconies with distant mountain views. The food was good too. It's also a central point for FRI and Gucchupani.

The free Wi-Fi runs at 1 Mbps, and the staff were good apart from one issue: even after I complained repeatedly, they didn't clean the toilet seat. The food is a bit pricey, and they took cash for the bill. Room 104 was a little cold with the reflective heater they provide. A blower would've been more helpful.

The property seems good but isn't being looked after properly, and the service fell short. Early morning kitchen service was late too. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms were neat and clean, and the view is awesome. Pacific Mall is nearby, so it's easy to go out at night.
