Please don't stay here. The rooms and service are both so poor that even one star feels too generous.

It feels homely here, and the service is good. The rooms are neat and clean too.

The bed bugs left bites all over me, and I feel like I wasted my money. The room was humid and not cleaned, with a filthy sofa, pillows, quilt, and sheets. There was no landline in the room either. Service gets zero out of ten.

The room wasn't clean, and the lights didn't work. They overcharged for the room and the food. Hotel Olive and the food menu at SV Hotel.

Cockroaches were crawling everywhere, including the ceiling, bed, and bathroom, so I couldn't sleep for even an hour. The bed rolls, sheets, and blankets were dirty too. I asked reception to change my room four times, but they refused. The rooms and service are terrible. Don't book here unless you want to suffer through it.
