Fabhotel Vishesh Continental

Don't book here if you expect even basic service. It lacks too many basics, so I'd pay a little more or look for a better hotel at this price. My stay was a complete mess. I booked on 4 April and checked in on 11 April. The AC wasn't cooling properly, and when I complained right after arriving, staff looked at it but didn't fix anything. Water then leaked from that same AC and soaked my bag completely. The next day they moved me to a room that hadn't been cleaned properly, with dust everywhere and an unclean toilet. I complained again. They brought a fresh bedsheet, but I asked them to clean the room. I also complained to Cleartrip. After I'd lost the whole day, the manager said I could leave if I wasn't comfortable. Eventually they gave me a super deluxe room. It was a bit bigger, so I made do, but there was no AC remote and the shower didn't work. Another day the water suddenly stopped. I complained, and staff came to check, then turned on the motor or something, and the supply returned to normal. The tank was empty, so I don't know why it took repeated checking. The lift didn't work for a single day after I checked in.
