It's near New Delhi railway station. The hotel is good, and the front desk staff are always smiling.

The staff had the worst attitude, and the food tasted terrible. There was no proper ventilation, the bedsheets were dirty, and the geyser didn't work. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 🤮

The room was tiny, smelly, untidy, and one of the worst I've stayed in. The bedsheet had oily stains, the blanket smelled unwashed and oily, the bucket wasn't properly clean, and there was no geyser. They gave us a heater in very bad condition. I agreed to pay 1200 for a 4 to 5 hour stay with breakfast, but then they asked us to pay extra for breakfast after saying it was free. The service was awful. Please don't book this hotel.

At checkout they asked me for 1400 + gst in extra charges, so please avoid this hotel. The staff also charged me ₹30 for a ₹20 ka Pani bottle. Owner, if you're seeing this, please take action against your staff.

The sheets and pillows were stained, and the bathrooms were worse than public toilets. I'd never seen a hotel in this condition. As soon as I saw the room, I asked to cancel and get a refund. The photos below show what I experienced.
