2/10
The room was clean and well looked after, but the stay still felt uncomfortable because the staff were rude and unwelcoming. They hadn't provided basic toiletries, including soap and other essentials, which was inconvenient. With that attitude and those missing items, I wouldn't book here again.

The food was unhygienic, and I found a hair in it. They also mistreated women, especially during periods, by charging them or making guests wash bedsheets when they hadn't even provided clean ones. There was no cleanliness, humanity, or respect. Absolutely disgusting. Don't stay here under any circumstances.

The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay, and the owner was humble and caring. They even handled my 3 AM check-in without any trouble. In Paharganj, this was one of the best affordable places I've stayed: clean rooms, a fresh smell throughout, and a cozy, peaceful room that felt like home. The place was comfortable and clean, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a budget stay in Delhi. They treated me like family.

Clean rooms and attentive, good staff made this a pleasant stay. It's budget-friendly in the Paharganj area, and better than the other nearby hotels.

Everything exceeded my expectations at Hotel Elegance, Delhi, from the cleanliness to the service. The rooms were neat and well maintained, and the hotel itself was kept clean and hygienic. Staff were humble, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. A comfortable, hassle-free stay, highly recommended.
