Hotel Staywell DX

When my airline lost my bag, the staff were a huge help in dealing with the airline helpdesk in Delhi and getting the bag delivered to reception. They were also helpful with other things, offered daily complimentary bottled water, and offered to get dinner. At other places I've stayed in Delhi, I haven't had that sort of help. They were easy to reach through the booking platform, and handled my check-in in the early hours without a fuss. The room and location are what you'd expect for the price, but the people made it an easy stay. Great people.

The reception staff were rude when we complained, and seemed to make up schemes to get more money from us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was tiny and cramped. The floor was dusty, the blankets didn't seem to have been washed after use and had blood stains, and the bathroom was disgusting. The rooms were dirty to the core.

We chose this place based on the reviews, but the experience was unsatisfactory. The room was dirty, and management and service were poor. We asked for a two-hour late checkout and were charged half a day's room rent. Very bad experience.

The staff were all nice, especially the people at the front desk. The hotel in the Paharganj area was very nice, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and hygienic during my stay. Kitchen service was good too, and the food was really yummy. I had a very good experience 😊
