The AC gets switched off while people are still in their rooms, and the staff also turn off the lift to save electricity. That’s the excuse they give. The two people at reception were rude and careless, and the whole experience left me very disappointed. The owner should address how they treat guests, since hospitality is what brings in customers. With staff like this, the business could lose customers and eventually close. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, so I’d choose somewhere else. Highly not recommended. 👎 🅾️⭐
