OYO 18721 Hotel King Palace

There's barely anything here besides the building. The bathroom had no water, and they provided neither a towel nor drinking water. Service was practically nonexistent. Around midnight, hotel staff knocked on my door to switch off the AC, even though it had started running by itself and wasn't needed. This place shouldn't cost more than 100 rupees.

The rooms were very dirty, and the water bottles were fake, not the original brand, and weren't clean either. We checked in at 12.30pm on the first day and were asked to leave by 12.00pm the next day, despite having a written invoice for three days paid in advance. The receptionist then wanted extra money for the third day. The auto driver took us here instead of the hotel we'd booked online, treated us badly, and forced us to take this room. We asked him again to take us to our booked hotel. The receptionist was very drunk at check-in. This was the best scam.

Rooms were very dirty, there was no water in the bathroom, and they gave me neither a towel nor drinking water. The AC buzzed like a bee, there was no power backup, and the staff's behavior and language were very bad. Service was poor for a room costing Rs 1200 a day. The place is open 24 hours. Karol bhag and Jhandewalan are the nearest metro stations, about 950 mtr walking distance via metro, exiting at gate no 2. Desh Bandhu Gupta Market bus stand is 150 mtr away on foot via metro. You can pay online or in cash, and UPI Phone/paytm/Google Pay are accepted, but debit and credit cards aren't. There's no car parking or space for a scooty or bike. Was this review helpful? I stayed for a week and found the customer service good. The front desk was nice, and the place is close to metro stations with connections across Delhi. The room, though, was untidy and not very clean, and I had trouble with the water heater. It was an average stay. Management, your customer service is awesome, so please improve the room standards.
