We were trying to clarify arrangements for a bulk booking, but the receptionist kept telling us to find another hotel. He came across as arrogant and didn't know how to speak to customers politely. We're paying for the stay, so staff should treat us with basic courtesy. The rooms aren't worth the price they're asking, especially with that attitude. I won't recommend this place.

The basement breakfast lounge only had a couple of items, though the tea and coffee were good. WiFi and hot water were available, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the Metro, malls, and major attractions. Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms felt roomy, comfortable, and well furnished. Single Rooms were tiny and badly in need of upkeep. A reliable, convenient place to stay.

The hotel is very near the metro station, and the rooms are clean and airy for a competitive price. I found the washroom spacious and clean too. The receptionist was helpful, and breakfast was ready on time.

The only real plus is the location. The room was tiny and dusty, the bedsheet was torn, and noise from the neighboring room carried through. Hygiene is a serious problem. Breakfast was just two items, and both tasted bad. For the price, the rest of the stay was below average.

The staff were very helpful, and I liked the location a lot. My stay was good overall, though the room and bathroom could use better upkeep.
